The company HOCHTIEF Development is a division of the German group HOCHTIEF AG, with headquarters in Essen. Since its foundation in 1991, HOCHTIEF Development has completed over 60 projects in Germany and central Europe.

In the Czech Republic HOCHTIEF successfully completed the Hadovka Office Park project in Prague 6, which won the prestigious award The Best of Realty for the year 2000 within the category new office buildings.

HOCHTIEF also completed the Technopark office building on Pekařská Street, Prague 5 – Stodůlky.
